Home Information Packs came into force on 1st August 2007 for all houses with three or more bedrooms and it is now a legal requirement that you at least commission the pack before you even begin to market your home.  Our team of legal experts have many years experience of providing exactly this information for sales packs and can provide you with a fully compliant pack to present to your Estate Agent for marketing with your home.
